For Returns, please be aware that we charge a 20% restocking fee or you can opt for a full amount (minus shipping) via store credit. Please note that initial shipping fees will not be reimbursed on any returns or exchanges, even if you choose store credit.
Ship your purchase back in all original packaging with all tags attached, as there is a $50.00 fee if not returned in original condition with original packaging. Merchandise showing signs of wear, resizing, or damage in any way will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
We accept returns within 10 business days of delivery. Customer is responsible for all related shipping costs for returns and exchanges. Shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. All return shipments must be insured for a full dollar amount.
All personalized, custom pieces and items purchased from our sale collection and/or marked final sale are final sale.

Does my store credit expire?
Boutique Suarez Co. Store Credit expires within one year of the issue date. Store credit will be issued via email and is valid site wide.
How can I cancel my order?
Due to the custom nature of our products, all canceled orders will incur a 10% cancellation fee and a 24 hour window from the time you placed the order. To cancel your order, please respond to your order confirmation email. Some exclusions may apply as some of our products are final sale from the date of purchase.
Boutique Suarez Co. will repair your pieces within sixty days of purchase at no additional cost to the customer. However, we reserve the right to determine normal wear and usage before making that call. Beyond the warranty date we would be happy to repair your Boutique Suarez Co. jewelry for a charge.
