Returns must be received within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging as shipped.
All refunds will be made to the purchaser and issued to the original form of payment, except for cash purchases, which will be refunded by company check. Gift recipients may receive merchandise credit. All returns must be accompanied by a sales receipt or packing slip and received unaltered, unworn, and in sellable condition. For Returns, please be aware that we charge a 10% restocking fee or you can opt for store credit gift card with no restocking fee. Please note that initial shipping fees will not be reimbursed on any returns or exchanges, even if you choose store credit.
Ship your purchase back in all original packaging with all tags attached, as there is a $50.00 fee if not returned in original condition with original packaging. Merchandise showing signs of wear, resizing, or damage in any way will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

Does my store credit expire?
Boutique Suarez Co. Store Credit expires within one year of the issue date. Store credit will be issued via email and is valid site wide.
How can I cancel my order?
Due to the custom nature of our products, all canceled orders will incur a 10% cancellation fee and a 24 hour window from the time you placed the order. The refund will be sent to you as a gift card for store credit. To cancel your order, please respond to your order confirmation email. Some exclusions may apply as some of our products are final sale from the date of purchase.
Repair Warranty
Boutique Suarez Co. will repair your pieces within sixty days of purchase at no additional cost to the customer. However, we reserve the right to determine normal wear and usage before making that call. Beyond the warranty date we would be happy to repair your Boutique Suarez Co. jewelry for a charge.
